College Engineering Curriculum Materials
The College Engineering Currriculum Materials Section hosts the course materials I have developed during my employment as a part-time instructor of engineering graphics at Santa Ana College (2000-2007), my graduate studies at California State University Los Angeles (2004-2007) and at the University of Georgia (2007-2009). They cover the following topics:
College instructors and students are welcome to give feedbacks on the above materials.

- FREE Online Textbook on Engineering Descriptive Geometry and Sheet-metal Design.
- Engineering graphics and drafting (Classroom Lecture Notes, Classroom Demonstration Materials, Quizzes and Exams, for freshmen or first-year college students).
- Product design and engineering (instructional materials for students enrolled in senior-year design project courses).

Engineering Descriptive Geometry and Sheet-metal Design Textbook
The FREE online college-level textbook I have developed during my graduate studies at California State University Los Angeles (2004-2007) is a major part of my graduate Thesis/Project.
Engineering Graphics and Drafting
Instructional and testing materials under this category have been developed as PDF files for use by instructors and students. They include the following:
- Classroom Lecture Notes (the notes are very much in details. I prefer my students to listen and watch carefully instead of trying to take notes. I left plenty of margin space for students to write extra notes, and told students to write notes only when asked to do so. The notes are based on textbooks as well as other sources including hints I personally developed. Lecture notes are focused on the most important things that I expect students to master or at least understand the basic concepts).
- Classroom Demonstration Materials ((samples of engineering drafting with explanations and notes, plus AutoCAD and Inventor files for classroom demonstration).
- Quizzes and Exams (quizzes, mid-term and final exams are based on lecture notes, in multiple-choice, sketch and fill-in formats)
Product Design and Engineering Challenges
Instructional materials under this category have been developed during and after my graduate studies at the University of Georgia (2007-2009). They are focused on designing multi-functional, ecologically-friendly, and upgradeable consumer products, especial kitchen appliances, using readily available technology and materials. They challenge students to come up design solutions that integrate corporate social and ecological responsibilities with sustainable profit growth potential, through realistic but non-conforming thought process and workable product design solutions based on scientific principles, with real-world Engineering Design Challenge Projects that could be completed by teams of students within 1 two semester or one year time-frame.
My own examples of multi-functional, ecologically-friendly, and upgradeable consumer products include the following:
